A Photographer's Passion Project: Changing the definition of beauty.
I can’t express how amazingly excited I am to announce being the cover story for a local publication, San Joaquin Magazine. Early this year they got wind of a project I was announcing to “Redefine Beauty” a project that glorifies our differences rather than tells us that weight or scars or age, whatever doesn’t make us beautiful. This project was ignited by a friend and local artist - Tara - who had BII and had a double mastectomy. You can read her story here.
Please take a moment to read my story along with the stories of these 4 courageous and incredible women.
Ladies, I love you. Thank you for being a part of this. Your beauty and vulnerability have captivated me, I am honored to have been a part of your story.
